After a couple hours laying poolside and a few more bummin’ on the beach this past weekend, I was feeling like a true summer goddess. You know the feeling, right? Your spirits are up from soaking in all the Vitamin D (granted, I was wearing SPF 30 and a hat the entire time), your skin looks golden in your forgiving bathroom light, and the lotion you apply accentuates the glow you have from relaxing under the sun.
I felt like wearing something a little more bohemian that afternoon to convey my carefree attitude. Something that was loose fitting and showed a little more skin than I’m used to (like a shoulder! *gasp*). I stepped out of the house thinking I looked like a tan, tropical goddess.
And I continued to think so until I saw these pictures. Boo. Remind me to stay with the conservative classics next time. Bohemian goddess really isn't my thing. Oh well, lesson learned!
I think you look lovely! Those colors scream 'summer' on anyone. (I would just use Photoshop to make me look as tan as I KNEW I was.)
